The Walking Dead is a show on AMC that you've probably at least heard of. It has one of the biggest watching audiences and a giant group of fans who get... really passionate. The show has been killing off loved characters since October 2010. I became a fan about two years ago when a friend suggested the show and I loved it. 

It is set in a post-apocalyptic world where a disease has spread that basically creates zombies. No, they don't find a cure (yet), they're just surviving, in fact it's really interesting to watch and wonder what you would do. Would you fight? Would you give up? Would you depend on other people? I actually don't know what I would do. But the characters and storyline, based off the comics, are extremely diverse and enticing.

From the first Scream movie, in 1996, to the fourth and latest, in 2011, Scream became successfully popular as a witty, funny, and generally gory movie series. Though in recent years many people might argue the movies are getting a bit too cliche and overdramatic, yet the newest addition to the series, the t.v. series, has so far been a big hit with younger generations.

The series stars Willa Fitzgerald as what viewers might call the main character of the show, Emma Duval. Emma is a teen adult in a town called Lakewood where mass-murderer Brandon James died twenty years prior to the current storyline. Brandon James was obsessed with Emma's mother who's nickname was Daisy. The story goes on but so I don't spoil everything or write too much I'll just say Brandon was shot by police and died in the lake in town. 

Since the first episode of the first season to the last episode of the second season many characters have died but many have also grown as characters. For example Brooke Maddox, a close friend of Emma and a character who started out as a seemly mean and popular, somewhat selfish girl. She developed into a complex and genuine character who loves her friends and is trying to change her selfish delinquent ways.

The list of characters goes on but Personally I want to stop there. The show is very new and appealing to many types of people. I would give it a 5/5 stars and recommend you at least try watching it.

What To Watch And Listen To

Hi! This is going to be a blog giving advice on what's good to watch on tv or what music I find good. My selections and reviews will all be opinionated but when talking about how the show did rating wise, with the public, and when summarizing it will not be biased. With music if I'm sharing a band or artist I will have a lot of opinions and share all the pros and cons. Most of the music and shows I will share can be found on YouTube or Netflix. I will be sharing music/shows from all genres that will interest different people. If anyone has a suggestion or question I'd be glad to answer it or accept it. I want to help give people something to do when they are bored or just are interested in new music or a new show.
